DescripciónOverseeing the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the business.Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.Preparing accurate financial reports and management information to support decision-making.Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and working capital performance.Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.Driving continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and controls.Supporting the implementation and optimisation of financial systems and tools.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.Coordinating relationships with external auditors, advisors, and other key stakeholders.Establishing robust financial controls, procedures,



and governance frameworks.Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.Leading, developing, and mentoring members of the finance team.Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to support business objectives.Contributing to the development of a scalable finance function capable of supporting future growth. A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Proven experience in finance and accounting roles within international or fast-paced business environments.Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.Experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes.Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.Experience working with ERP systems and contributing to process improvement initiatives.Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different areas of the business.Fluent English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken.Hands-on approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.Previous experience leading, developing, or mentoring finance professionals will be considered a plus.
