Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate gaming enthusiast to join a world-class team as a Spanish Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver professional and empathetic support to players via chat, email, and ticketing systems within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries, account issues, and in-game transaction queries to ensure a seamless user experience
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current game titles, mechanics,
and community trends to better assist our Spanish-speaking player base
• Escalate complex technical bugs and game-breaking issues to the development and engineering teams in accordance with internal protocols
• Uphold the highest standards of service quality and response times as required for high-stakes Gaming & Esports environments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support documentation and FAQ resources for the Spanish-speaking community
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment while acting as a brand ambassador for our gaming partners
Requirements
• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
• Excellent command of the English language to communicate within our diverse, multinational office
• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming platforms and culture
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
