A temporary 6-month medical information specialist role supporting healthcare professionals and patients in Italian-speaking markets. The position involves responding to medical inquiries across multiple channels, documenting interactions, and supporting content management activities within regulatory compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, webforms, live chat, and postal mail
- Document inquiries and responses according to SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory guidelines
- Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines




- Support therapeutic area teams with escalation management and second-line content activities
- Support process improvement initiatives and represent medical information in country office activities

Requirements
- Degree in life science or healthcare field
- 1–2 years medical information or relevant work experience preferred
- Fluent Italian (C2, native speaker) and English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Pharmacy degree preferred
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues in medical function
