Responsabilidades Build and nurture relationships with assigned accounts to drive expansion and retention
Ensure client satisfaction and address issues as the first point of contact
Develop and implement account strategies aligned with client goals and company offerings
Manage opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts using Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
Collaborate with global offices and stakeholders to deliver cross-solution experiences
Identify and advance opportunities within clients and prospects to meet quotas




Support clients throughout the buying lifecycle and translate needs into actionable solutions
Balance revenue and margin targets while minimizing churn
Requisitos principales Strong sales business acumen with planning and tool usage to meet business needs
Proven client engagement and lifecycle management experience
Deep knowledge of NTT DATA offerings, applications, use cases, and market trends
Ability to identify and progress opportunities at clients and prospects
Extensive experience in general partner management and sales environments
Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
Ability to align multiple stakeholders to a shared vision

Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills and influence
