About the roleWe are looking for a Head of Real Estate for our team to lead the strategic growth, investment, and operational optimization of our real estate portfolio.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong legal and financial background, capable of identifying high-value investment opportunities, negotiating complex contracts, and driving long‑term asset value creation.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute the real estate strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and secure high‑potential real estate investment opportunities.
- Lead negotiations for acquisitions, leases, joint ventures, and asset management agreements.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, operations, revenue, and design teams to maximize asset profitability.
- Analyze market trends, P&L; statements, and competitive landscapes to inform decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with national and regional regulatory frameworks while optimizing operational efficiencies.
- Oversee portfolio performance, implementing strategies for asset repositioning and value enhancement.
