On-Call: Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, administer, and maintain the existing CyberArk PAM environment
- Manage and administer CyberArk Vaults
- Operate and support Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Administer Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and PSM Proxy (PSMP)
- Maintain and support Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues
- Implement changes, updates, and system enhancements
- Monitor CyberArk components and ensure platform stability
- Support backup and recovery processes
- Automate recurring operational tasks using CyberArk scripting and automation capabilities




- Administer and troubleshoot supporting Windows and Linux systems

Required Skills & Experience
- Several years of hands-on CyberArk PAM administration experience in production environments
- Strong expertise with:
- CyberArk Vault
- CPM
- PSM
- PSMP
- PVWA

Experience with:
- Incident, change, and update management
- Troubleshooting in complex CyberArk environments
- Monitoring and operational support
- CyberArk automation and scripting
- Backup and recovery concepts
- Windows and/or Linux administration
