- Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams, fostering ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence
- Coach and develop engineers through feedback, mentorship, and career development
- Set team vision and strategy for using technology, data, and AI to scale marketing, acquisition, and measurement
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with Product, Marketing, and Data
- Own execution and delivery, turning strategy into plans and balancing speed, quality, and reliability
- Guide system design and architectural decisions and help teams navigate technical trade-offs
- Improve code quality, reliability, observability, security, and development processes
- Align with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data, and Legal on priorities and outcomes, ensuring reliable tracking, high-quality data,



and responsible privacy and consent practices

Требования:
- Strong software engineering background 4+ Years of experience leading and developing engineering teams
- Track record of delivering business-critical products or platforms
- Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, or SEO platforms, or related experience building data-intensive systems, automation, or platforms supporting marketing and business teams
- Able to set clear expectations, give actionable feedback, and support engineers through coaching, mentorship, and career development
- Able to guide architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and partner with senior engineers on technical strategy
- Able to work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify opportunities, set priorities, and drive measurable outcomes
- Able to turn broad goals into realistic plans, manage dependencies
