We're looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
As a Station Manager II, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a medium to large car rental station within our Network & Stations team, part of the broader Operations function.
Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
* Manage the station's budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
* Compliance and Safety:+ Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
