We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
Drive the recruitment and enrollment of international students across a portfolio of programs within Architecture, Design, Real Estate, and the Creative Industries.
Meet and exceed recruitment, conversion, and enrollment targets.
Represent the institution at international events, fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities.
Develop market intelligence and identify opportunities for growth across strategic global markets.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM systems.
6-8 years of proven experience in B2C sales, recruitment, business development, admissions, or other client-facing roles.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and outcomes.
