You will play a key role in developing strategic relationships with public transport authorities and operators, supporting tender processes,



and ensuring the successful execution of regional sales strategies while maintaining strong alignment with headquarters and European teams.What you'll be doingPromote the sales of electric bus fleets in Spain & Portugal, developing both existing and new client relationships (public transport operators and authorities).
Lead and coordinate tender processes, working closely with internal teams across Europe and HQ.Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales assistants, after-sales, tender specialists) to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor and report sales pipeline, ensuring transparency and accurate forecasting.Ensure achievement of sales targets and regional profitability objectives.Manage and support the regional sales team, fostering collaboration and performance.What you bringMinimum of 5 years of experience as Sales Manager or Country Manager, ideally within the automotive or e-mobility sector (bus sales is a strong plus).
