Responsibilities
Own data centre development in Europe end-to-end: from market entry strategy and early-stage opportunity through Ready-to-Build and energisation




Evaluate and prioritise your country's market - Spain or Ireland - based on power availability and price, grid connection timelines, land, fibre connectivity, climate, permitting regimes, and incentives
Identify and assess sites from technical, planning, power, and infrastructure perspectives
Structure and support development financing: capital planning, project finance, and working with investors and lenders to fund development through delivery
Lead planning, permitting, environmental assessment, and stakeholder engagement processes in each jurisdiction
Mitigate technical, commercial, and development risks
Ensure projects are deliverable, scalable, and aligned with construction requirements
Requirements
Experience developing data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects in Europe, taken from early-stage development through design, permitting, and delivery readiness
