We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a Slovak Speaking Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, professional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services industry.
Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring excellent user experience and long-term customer satisfaction.




Maintain detailed case documentation in the company CRM system to ensure transparent record-keeping.
Collaborate with international team members to streamline support workflows and improve service quality standards.
Represent the company brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity during all customer interactions.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product specifications and industry best practices.
Contribute to internal performance goals and team KPIs to earn monthly performance bonuses.
Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
A strong command of the English language to interact effectively within a multinational office setting.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless employment.
Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
