CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading grocery retail organization to find a Solutions Delivery Analyst II for their technology team, based in Scarborough, ME or Salisbury/Mooresville, NC (remote considered for exceptional candidates).
This role owns technical delivery and production support for a critical point-of-sale environment supporting a 24/7/365 retail operation. You'll lead small-to-mid IT initiatives from requirements through deployment, while also serving as a go-to resource for resolving complex production issues. Build and manage software and hardware deployment packages independently
Lead root cause analysis on complex issues spanning multiple systems
Coordinate with QA, change management, infrastructure, and vendor teams on deployments and incidents
Mentor and onboard junior team members
