Our client is looking for German-speaking professionals to join their IT Support team in vibrant Málaga

- Provide remote IT support to retail stores across Europe- Troubleshoot hardware, software,



applications and incidents- Support retail store systems and POS environments- Handle service requests and incidents following ITIL guidelines- Document solutions and ensure accurate ticket handling- Guide users towards self-service solutions- Act as an advocate for users and their technical needs- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the general IT Service DeskRequirements: What are we looking for?
- Fluent German and English- An interest in IT and technology- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills- Understanding of basic networking concepts- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset- Proactive approach to problem-solving- Comfortable with flexible working hours, including occasional weekends- Previous experience with POS systems is a plus, but not essentialOffer: What's on offer?
