Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Portuguese-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our dedicated team in Greece. In this role, you will ensure that AI-generated content complies with safety guidelines and ethical standards, helping to create a secure and trustworthy digital environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with generative AI content.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review AI-generated content in Portuguese for harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
Ensure compliance with trust and safety policies and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to enhance content safety protocols.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain content accuracy and ethical compliance.




Analyze trends and prepare reports on content safety and emerging risks.
Engage with stakeholders to promote responsible AI use and awareness.
Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related roles is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of generative AI technologies and associated challenges is an advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High ethical standards and commitment to responsible AI deployment.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a fast-paced environment.
