Job Title: Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst Location: Barcelona, Spain | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs, including temperature excursions, deviations, and OTIF performance
Support the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements
Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision-making
Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and general stakeholders




Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools (Power BI is a plus)
A quality-focused mindset and interest in working within a regulated environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
Work with global stakeholders across the supply chain network.
