Manages full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and offer management.
Partners with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Talent Management to understand the strategic direction of the business, the talent strategy, and workforce planning needs.
Acting as the brand ambassador through providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process




Demonstrable experience in a corporate high-volume, full-cycle recruitment function
Internal recruitment experience and the ability to source candidates across different functions and industries
Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to advise and influence to ensure the best hiring decisions are made
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or other ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English language
Work Environment: This Poland-based role supports central functions and offers adaptable work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to role requirements and manager approval.
