Key Responsibilities The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
Comply with established commercial/procurement/ contractual strategies.
Take responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards Cost Planning and estimating, post contract and procurement duties Candidate Profile Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
Experience Quantity Surveying/Cost Management experience on Hospitality sector.
Proven technical / project delivery experience.
Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
