and results-oriented consulting team working with customers across multiple industries and geographies.Your ImpactAct as an Application Architect / Solution Consultant on Servigistics implementation projects.Work primarily with Servigistics Service Parts Management, with potential exposure to Service Parts Pricing.Lead and facilitate customer workshops to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and define solutions using Servigistics.Help customers adopt Service Supply Chain best practices and improve key business outcomes such as service levels, parts availability, and inventory optimization.Configure and support the implementation of Service Parts Planning solutions.Provide customer training on Servigistics functionality, processes, and best practices.Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, architects, and customer teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.Support project management activities when required.Travel to customer locations for works
