THE ROLEAs our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Area HR Manager, business leaders, and the wider HR & Talent team to align our people strategies with business goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goalsBe a mentor and support junior HR team membersLead employee engagement efforts to keep our teams motivated and happyHelp managers develop their teams and ensure employees have the tools to thriveOversee legal compliance in HR processes and policiesEnsure smooth onboarding for new team members,
