## Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the paints industry.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
* Product Promotion: Promote chemical additives and minerals, providing technical and commercial support.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical service, supply chain, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
* 10 years proven experience in distribution sales as account manager in the chemical industry, ideally in paints and coatings.
* Strong knowledge of paints production process, formulation and additives* Fluent in English is a must.
