We are seeking a Principal Power Systems Engineer to serve as a senior technical and client?This role will lead complex grid interconnection, transmission planning, renewable and battery-storage integration, inverter?Lead complex power-system, interconnection, transmission, renewable, storage, IBR, power-quality, and grid?Establish study methodology, assumptions, modeling approaches,



and quality standards.
Lead RMS and EMT modeling, validation, and IBR performance assessments.
Manage key client relationships, project scope, schedules, and technical deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related engineering discipline.
sector experience, including senior or technical leadership responsibilities.
Advanced proficiency in at least two platforms such as PSCAD/EMTDC, PSS/E, GE PSLF, ASPEN, MATLAB/Simulink, or PowerGEM TARA.
Experience mentoring engineers and managing project scope, budget, and schedules.
