Main Responsibilities
The role includes assisting our sales specialists during customer service and consultations, conducting and monitoring inventories, providing basic customer assistance, supporting the organisation and visual presentation of the boutique, handling phone calls and messages, and managing warranty registrations and follow-ups, among other daily operational tasks.
