You read the data, decide what the account needs, brief the work, hold the quality bar, and defend the recommendation to the client.
Our design, copy, and staging teams execute alongside you.
You run that pipeline, edit its output until it clears our quality bar, and make it better.
What you will do Own the client relationshipRun the weekly client call: set the agenda, present performance, bring a recommendation and defend itRespond to client questions in Slack and email within SLA, and make the marketing calls yourself instead of routing them upwardOwn every follow-up, and keep the client's Monday board honest: ticket status, due dates, blockersWatch account health.

surface it early, and bring a plan before the renewal conversation doesEscalate scope, commercial, and contract questions to the founderEverything else is your callOwn the numbersBuild the account's performance narrative: revenue, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, top and bottom performers, read against last month and last yearFind patterns: which content pillars, marketing angles, products, and send times drive performance, and which do notRun tests: develop hypotheses and tests to validate or invalidate themSet targets and forecast against them, then explain the gap when you miss and the cause when you beat itTurn what you see in the numbers into concrete calendar, copy, flow, and segmentation decisionsOwn the program: blasts and flows.
