Job description:Financial Controller - Group Subsidiaries | Hybrid Work ModelAbout the Role We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the economic and financial management of several subsidiaries within Grupo Roca.

- Analyse and control financial information reported to HQ (monthly reporting & annual closing).
- Establish and monitor transfer prices and ensure proper fiscal documentation.
- Manage financial matters in collaboration with subsidiary admin-finance teams.
- Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate standards.




- Participate in ERP implementation projects across the Group.Internal & External Relationships- Collaboration with Finance Directors and General Managers of Group companies.
- Coordination with Corporate Accounting on consolidation topics.Profile description:What We're Looking For- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar (financial specialisation valued).
- 3-4 years of experience as a Controller and/or in internal/external audit within a multinational environment.
- Open to Administrative Managers/Directors from SMEs with strong financial oversight.
