and run A/B tests to continuously optimise results.Work with design and content teams to develop and iterate on landing pages, lead magnets and marketing assets ensuring ad-to-page message consistency.Test new channels (like TikTok and programmatic) and audience segments, set up new campaigns, and localise activities in ES markets.Collaborate with PMM, sales, and the performance lead to keep campaigns aligned with product launches and lead quality goals.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing — agency or in-house.Hands-on experience managing campaigns on at least one major platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Meta), with a solid grasp of core metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS).
Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
