Key Responsibilities
Develop and update Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures for chemical operations.
Conduct remote risk assessments and hazard analyses for existing and new processes.
Investigate safety incidents and environmental excursions, determining root causes and recommending preventative measures.
Provide expert HSE advice and support to operational teams globally through virtual channels.




Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international HSE regulations.
Promote a strong safety culture through training materials and continuous engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental/Safety Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the chemical or process industry.
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management principles, and incident investigation techniques.
Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote setting.
Excellent communication, reporting, and virtual collaboration skills.
Experience with environmental management systems (e.g., ISO *) and safety management systems (e.g., ISO *) is highly valued.
