Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting (Multiple Languages)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
Ability to communicate in English and one of the following languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
MBA or Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
Experience in application or workload migration to public cloud providers.
Understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, or content delivery networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, and client management skills.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM),



you will be the primary technical advisor for our most enterprise customers in Spain and across EMEA.
You will be a trusted partner, helping them optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives using the full breadth of Google Cloud.
You will leverage your deep technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills to build strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and help them realize the maximum value from their cloud investment.
