This is a key position within the organization, with direct impact on commercial strategy definition, team management, and the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Design and implement commercial and pricing policies in coordination with Management.
Identify business opportunities through market, competitor, and customer needs analysis.
Drive new customer acquisition while strengthening loyalty within the existing customer portfolio.
Ensure compliance with the company's commercial, regulatory, and quality procedures.
Efficiently manage the assigned territory, optimizing resources and maximizing commercial coverage.
Ensure the achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets defined in the commercial plan.

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Management positions or leading sales teams.

Strong ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop talent.
