In our team, you will receive technical training to provide Level 2 support in incident resolution.Main responsibilities:Service Desk support by phone (Spanish and English)Receiving and assigning tickets through the ticketing systemReceiving and assigning alerts/tickets through the monitoring toolResolution and management of Level 1 and Level 2 incidentsCommunication with customers/clientsWHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
