Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager - Foundations & Enablement based in Spain.This remote leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for the foundations that enable other teams to move quickly, securely, and consistently.
You will own the team's people development, performance, delivery, and technical roadmap while balancing requests from multiple product teams.
You will work across both frontend and backend disciplines and partner closely with Infrastructure on shared platform concerns.
In a globally distributed environment, you will help create scalable engineering practices while supporting a culture of coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Accountabilities:Lead and support a cross-functional engineering team, focusing on delivery, people development, team performance, and continuous process improvement.Maintain and evolve engineering-wide standards covering security, tooling, CI/CD, developer experience,
