Aerothermal Technology and Systems Department
, within the
aerodynamic design section
, a key discipline in the development of future aerospace products.
You will be part of a team working on the aerodynamic and aeroacoustic design of advanced components and systems, contributing to
strategic programmes
such
R&T; initiatives focused on sustainability and decarbonisation of air transport
and
Defense unmanned engine development
.
Your role will be essential in developing innovative solutions that will shape the future of the aerospace industry.
Main responsibilities:
Perform
aerodynamic and aeroacoustic design and analysis
activities.
Ensure compliance with
functional design criteria
.
Contribute to the development of
new technologies applied to innovative products
.
Collaborate with specialists from other disciplines (heat transfer, mechanical design, etc.) in a multidisciplinary environment.
What profile are we looking for?
Education:




Master's in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in:
No previous experience required (adecuado for junior or recently graduated candidates).
Knowledge in:
Operation of gas turbines and their components
Fluid mechanics & Aerodynamics
Aeroacoustics
CFD simulation
Linux environment, C++ programming, Python
Desirable
: Heat transfer, CFD commercial codes (OpenFoam, Fluent...)
Languages:
high level of English
