you will:Key Responsibilities- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets- Articulate the HP Store value proposition and act as POC for HP customers- Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary- Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution- Fast and effective response and resolution of incoming customer enquiries regarding sales, procucts or additional services- Handle and close inbound customer querries to achieve quarterly quota- Outbound activties when necessary to recover orders or convert quotes or execute targeted campaigns.
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound- Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs- Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline- Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
