"Job Summary The Senior Global Rewards Manger oversees the design, implementation and management of Swissport Global Rewards Strategy, assuring the company complies with local legal requirements,



while keeping internal equity and external competitiveness.
Lead all initiatives related to salary structure, short and long term incentives, benefits, international mobility and market analysis.
The role collaborates with different stakeholders within the company, specially with other HR colleagues, Finance and other Regional leads to align company policies and strategies with business targets, supporting the attraction and retention of key talent.
Review and recommend enhancements for global compensation philosophy and strategy.
Prepare analyses and presentation materials for Head of Rewards CoE/CPO/NRC.
