In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for Dutch-speaking shoppers, ensuring they receive first-class service across all communication channels.Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Channel Communication: Assist customers via phone, email, and Live Chat regarding orders, product details, and special promotions.Store & Ticket Management: Process store-redirected calls efficiently and log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.Customer Care:
