About the Internship
As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in managing our online presence, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns, and optimizing job postings. If you love digital marketing and want real-world experience, this is for you!
What you will be doing
- Assisting with job ads, social media engagement, and content updates
- Helping with recruitment marketing campaigns
- Supporting daily operations and process improvements
- Learning the ins and outs of digital employer branding
What we are looking for
- Studying Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Fluent in Dutch or German + business-level English
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience
- A passion for employer branding and digital marketing
