We are looking for an
"MES Senior Systems Engineer"
to support and enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a integral pharmaceutical environment.
In this role, you will ensure the
stable operation, continuous improvement, and compliance
of MES applications and their technical environments. You will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and SMEs to maintain high system availability, support change processes, and ensure alignment with GxP standards.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES ?:
• Ensure
day-to-day operations and stability
of MES applications and platforms.
• Execute
service requests
from IT teams, business users, and stakeholders.
• Drive
continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance MES processes and support quality.
• Test, document, implement, and communicate
change requests
related to MES applications and environments.
• Maintain and update
application and system documentation
.
• Coordinate and execute
testing activities
, ensuring proper documentation and evidence.
• Ensure
GxP compliance
across operations, access management, and system processes.




• Manage and coordinate
application and infrastructure changes
.
• Analyze
system performance, capacity, and scalability
, proposing improvements where needed.
• Perform
security and access reviews
(Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).
• Manage
configuration items and periodic system reviews
.
• Oversee
user access, license usage, and security controls
.
• Ensure proper execution of
technical operations
(backup checks, restore tests, disaster recovery, patching, upgrades).
• Coordinate new
demands and requirements
with IT stakeholders and SMEs.
• Provide
support during audits
, including on-site presence when required.
• Ensure all
training and compliance requirements
are fulfilled.
• Support
business hours operations
, with occasional planned work outside standard hours.
