If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Fashion Support Consultant in Barcelona (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the fashion industry.We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.Take incoming customer and from boutiques and shops calls and solve users' demands- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers- Ensure contractual SLA is maintainedYour qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
Concentrix is a great match if you:- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian and advanced level of English.
- Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail.
- Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc).
- Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads.
- Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills.
