You will work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Leadership, helping teams stay aligned, ensuring information flows effectively, and supporting the operational backbone of a fast-growing company.
You will be responsible for helping our commercial organization operate efficiently by continuously reviewing and improving workflows across Sales and Customer Success. You'll also ensure that process changes are properly documented, communicated, and adopted across the business.
Become the operational backbone of our CRM ecosystem: CRM sits at the heart of many of our commercial processes, and you'll play a key role in ensuring it remains accurate, reliable, and useful. You'll help maintain data quality,



monitor workflows, support process adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve how teams use our systems. You'll also develop a strong understanding of our broader GTM tech stack and how different tools interact to support the business.
Not every project comes with a predefined roadmap. Enable operational excellence across the business: Your impact won't be limited to individual projects. CRM and systems proficiency: You have previous experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce or Hubspot, and understand their importance in supporting commercial teams. You are comfortable working with data, maintaining system accuracy, and understanding how different tools and integrations support business operations.
