To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe.
Barcelona (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your clients, with a primary focus on growing and strengthening these partnerships on a daily basis.
This includes monitoring the performance of our user acquisition campaigns, optimizing campaigns against clients' KPIs, and consistently striving to exceed them.

Enable decision-making through data-driven strategies and actionable insights.
Translate complex data analysis into clear and simple language for effective communication.
Introduce and promote new product features aligned with customers' business needs and stage of growth.
Represent Entravision and Smadex externally and promote our in-house mobile advertising solution.
3+ years of experience in mobile advertising, managing performance-based user acquisition campaigns through programmatic channels is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, and CPA).
