In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for Dutch-speaking shoppers, ensuring they receive first-class service across all communication channels.Key Responsibilities- Multi-Channel Communication: Assist customers via phone, email, and Live Chat regarding orders, product details, and special promotions.
- Store & Ticket Management: Process store-redirected calls efficiently and log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Customer Care: Turn complex inquiries or issue escalations into positive experiences through empathetic, professional support.
- Process Excellence:



Adhere to project guidelines and quality benchmarks to consistently maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
