you will:Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and achieve sales quota and targetsArticulate the HP Store value proposition and act as POC for HP customersReviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessaryCommunicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolutionFast and effective response and resolution of incoming customer enquiries regarding sales, procucts or additional servicesHandle and close inbound customer querries to achieve quarterly quotaOutbound activties when necessary to recover orders or convert quotes or execute targeted campaigns.Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially soundAbility to ask the right questions to identify customer needsTrack, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipelineLogin all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.Maximize Store revenue by u
