2–6 years of experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business development Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or other languages are a plus Educational background in STEM or business-related fields Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable decisions A track record of delivering projects end-to?end — from problem definition to implementation Comfortable collaborating across teams and working with multiple stakeholders Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zapier, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar Confident working with data — analyzing large datasets to spot trends, issues, and opportunities Basic working knowledge of SQL or similar tools to extract and manipulate dat
