Providing technical support and maintenance for payment and securities depository system projects
Configuring, setting up, and installing systems
Troubleshooting issues by analyzing application and system software logs (Oracle DBMS, Windows, Linux, UNIX)
Preparing installation packages for delivered software (releases, release notes, RPM)
Updating and preparing software installation documentation
Collaborating with testing, business analysis, and development teams
Actively participating in the implementation of new systems at all stages (installation, training, testing)
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE
Experience and knowledge:
Experience in customer support for application systems, including working with Service Desk tools, understanding ITIL principles, and prioritizing tasks
Experience in the banking sector would be an advantage
Understanding of the key principles and concepts of the securities market (knowledge of relevant terminology in English would be an additional advantage)
Basic knowledge of computer networks
Experience with various operating systems: Windows Server,



Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux), and Solaris
Experience administering Windows Server, Linux, and Solaris
Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Batch, PowerShell)
Experience with Git
Experience with SQL, including writing and analyzing CRUD queries and analyzing query execution plans
Hands-on experience with Docker and microservices
Understanding of REST/gRPC, messaging queues, retries/timeouts, and basic fault-tolerance principles
Experience with data replication tools (Oracle Data Guard, Oracle GoldenGate) is desirable
Experience with Oracle RAC is desirable
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SVN, VMware, PL/SQL Developer, and similar tools would be an advantage
