You will be responsible for performing the following tasks:YOUR TASKS:- Act as the main technical focal point for converter suppliers, leading and coordinating all engineering activities related to power converter development and integration- Define the converter concept, architecture, and detailed technical specifications of power converters for Nordex WTGs ensuring alignment with power electrical system requirements- Develop converter subassembly designs, specifications, and validation plans, collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers on component qualification and testing- Create and maintain technical documentation related to the main converter, including specifications, manuals, instructions, and certification support documentation- Support and oversee inspections, testing, and validation activities at supplier facilities, as well as in stand-alone and generator-connected test benches- Provide technical support for sourcing and certification activities,



including the identification and validation of alternative converter components and support for wind turbine certification processes- Perform and enhance hardware design simulations and simulation tools using Matlab-based environments to support converter development and validationYOUR PROFILE:- M.Sc.
in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or B.Sc.
