Support full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, production, and client teams
Manage recruitment from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using social platforms, professional networks, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and outreach messages
Assess portfolios and conduct interviews when applicable to evaluate creative ability and team fit
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity
Maintain the ATS and talent database
Establish and manage internship agreements and partnerships with universities and creative schools
Track creative trends and discover emerging talent across markets
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or coordination, ideally in a creative, digital, or agency setting
Strong sourcing skills
Passion for creativity, culture, and the people who bring ideas to life
Confident communication and relationship-building skills in Spanish and English




Proactive and organized
Willingness to learn and grow a career in talent within an international, creative environment
English mandatory
Spanish preferably
Any other language is a plus
