Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.2-3+ years of experienceas a Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.Strong proficiency withSQLfor data analysis and reporting.Experience working withdata visualization and BI toolssuch as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Solid knowledge ofdata analysis, reporting, and business requirements gathering, and version control tools such as Git.Familiarity withstakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration .
Proven experience translatingbusiness needs into data-driven insights and recommendations .
Advancedproficiency in Spanish(written and spoken).
Stronganalytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Analyze business and operational data to identify trends,



opportunities, and actionable insights.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards usingSQL and BI tools .
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders.Collaborate with business teams and technical teams to deliver effectivedata-driven solutions .
Participate instakeholder meetings, workshops, and business analysis activities .
Implement and monitordata quality and reporting standards .
