Responsibilities / What You Will DoIdentify, qualify and win new business opportunities across aerospace and defence domains.Translate complex engineering solutions (design, simulation, test & validation, additive manufacturing)



into clear value propositions for decision-makers.Engage in technical discussions with engineers and commercial negotiations with procurement and leadership teamsManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal creation, contract negotiation and closing.Work with technical teams to shape tailored solutions that align with client requirements, including performance, cost and delivery.Support preparation of bids, proposals and technical-commercial documentation.Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM/ERP systems.6+ years of experience in technical sales, business development or customer-facing engineering roles.Experience working with Primes, Tier-1 suppliers or technology companies in the aerospace or defence sector.Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.Previous experience selling high-value engineering services, simulation software, or additive manufacturing solutions.Knowledge of defence procurement frameworks, aerospace certification pathwa
