As a Customer Service Representative,
you will:* Provide with accurate information to our customer.
* Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...)* Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies and procedures.
If you are passionate about helping others and delivering excellent customer experiences, you will thrive with us.Requirements* Are proficient or bilingual in Italian + advanced Spanish and English* Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
