In this role, you'll represent a leading fashion brand, providing world?class support and helping customers with their orders, products, and services.What you'll doAs a Fashion Support Consultant, you will:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Maintain product and service knowledge related to the fashion brand you represent.

- Have strong customer care and problem?Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Have basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet configuration).
